Does PhotoPurge work with iCloud Photos?

Yes. PhotoPurge uses Apple's Photos framework, which works whether your library is local-only or synced via iCloud. Deletions sync as normal through iCloud's standard mechanism.

What's in the free tier?

Unlimited duplicate detection and unlimited deletes. No daily caps. No 8-hour timeouts. The paid tier adds blur detection, screenshot bulk-sweep, large-video finder, and bulk-select within duplicate groups.

Will the price change later?

No price changes for at least 12 months from launch. Bait-and-switch pricing is the single most common complaint about cleaner apps, and we won't do it. Lifetime buyers are locked in regardless.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, through Apple's standard refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple handles all billing and refunds for subscription apps. If Apple denies a refund and you believe you have a valid concern, reach us through our contact form and we'll review.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Two taps. In PhotoPurge: Settings → Manage Subscription. That deep-links to your iOS Subscriptions page. Or directly: iOS Settings → [Your Apple ID] → Subscriptions → PhotoPurge → Cancel.

Do you collect my photos or any data?

No. All photo analysis happens on your iPhone. Your photos never leave your device. The only data we receive is an anonymous subscription receipt (so we know your subscription is active) and anonymous app-usage events that contain no personal information and no photo data. Which iPhone do I need?

Any iPhone running iOS 17 or later. PhotoPurge is optimized for performance on libraries with tens of thousands of photos.
